Verify your identity with GBG

On the following pages you will be asked to verify your identity. Please have your identity documents ready before you begin, such as your driver's license and passport.

By proceeding to verify your identity, you agree:

• Your personal information (such as name, date of birth and residential address) will be used to verify your identity with the issuer of the government identity documents you provide and/or superannuation or payroll provider data.
• Your details will be verified with credit reporting bodies for a full or partial match for identification purposes only.
• If you are providing consent on behalf of a minor, you are a parent or legal guardian and therefore authorised to do so.

Verification with a credit reporting body is the fastest way to establish your identity so BankVic can open your account. If you do not wish to consent to this verification method, please call BankVic on 13 63 73.

If there are any discrepancies between the information you provide and that which a credit reporting body holds on you, we'll give you contact details so you can resolve the discrepancy directly with the credit reporting body.
